I enjoy taking my dog to this location to get groomed. Grooming (the spa package) is great experience for my dog. Just getting a dog's nails nails here is also a good experience. Grooming staff is always friendly along with the rest of the staff. Would highly recommended the grooming department. There are good sales on other pet supplies need.

Took my cat to the groomers for the first time. Never again. This place is such a rip off. I should have called my mobile groomer. I made an appointment online and they had that it was $70. Not a bad price. So i took her there and said what I wanted. They did not give her a bath, just a spray bath and they barely trimmed her. Before I took her there was a mat on the side of her face. When I got her back there was still a mat! Petsmart told me I got a $10 discount for being a new customer and they still charged me $70. How the hell is that a discount?!?! I will never go there again. I wish I could rate their groomers at a 0!!

Have always had good experiences here. They have a nice loyalty program that provides good coupons for new customers.

The grooming salon in the Temple Petsmart is fantastic. We have an older dog and two cats with health issues, and the staff are so professional, kind, gentle and caring with them. They are absolutely wonderful and we trust them completely. Thank you Ms. Jen and Ms. JJ, can't tell you how much we appreciate you and the rest of the staff. Keep up the great work and God bless you all.
