Great place to shop for your pet. From food to accessories for your best friends!

Wow. This is THE PUSHIEST Petsmart ever. First the guy working the crickets keeps pushing a hornworm on me even when everything about my body language and WORDS indicate I don't want it. Then he just stood there staring at us so I couldn't put it back. So I take it up to cashier and ask to leave it there and the cashier starts pushing it on me too! "Are you sure? They really love those guys!" Um he doesn't even know what animal I have. Then, my bill is a little high (he noticed when I jokingly made a face at the price on the screen) and then he asked if I wanted to donate to charity. Again, bill was a little high and normally it's no big deal (I usually donate a dollar when I'm there). But then he asked again. And again. I keep SAYING "not today" and "no". And then he goes "are you sure? You're smiling? I think you want to." I wasn't smiling. I was gritting my teeth so I didn't say something rude. 

Tl;Dr: crazy pushy. Go to petco, they're much more relaxed.

Never had a poor experience until tonight when I notified one of the staff members that a few of the animals near the ground were completely out of water. She also assisted me at the register where she thanked me and let me know she had their water in a very condescendingly manner, as if it were a problem? It was actually very off putting. She also asked another staff member if they’d rather close on registers or animal care in which he proceeded to say, “Registers. I️ don’t do animals...” Really? I️ thought I️ was at PETSMART, a very specific animal store. Get it together people! If you’re not happy with your job, move on. Petsmart and Co are already under scrutiny for animal negligence and this staff is definitely not setting a positive example for the store!

Love it but they have really rude cashiers!!! And some staff look like they don't want to help you or annoyed by the question you ask

I will NEVER take my dog there again for any surgery. I got my male dog neutered yesterday and I dropped him off at 7am and they didn't have him done til 7:30 at night. And I only found out he was done because I had to call twice. My dog was there all day in a kennel with nothing to eat because of needing an empty stomach for surgery and was last to be seen. I asked if this was normal and they said no that usually they have all surgeries done by around 3pm. They had decided to take a lot more dogs in for surgery this day which I was never aware of ?? I'm extremely disappointed about their service and advise anyone to think twice about going there with their loved animal.
