I love to shop here with my fur baby Gio. He is always happy to walk in the store with me to pick out his new toy. The staff at this convenient location is always friendly and very helpful. The prices are great and they also have a good selection of pet food and treats. The place has always been clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a pet.

Usually good deals on fish but a majority of their fish were dead our last visit which kind of makes you question the deals? The employees are always super attentive and helpful, however.  But was very sad to see so many fish left there. Not sure if it's due to bad water or stress from shipment.  But with different breeds it makes me wonder if someone isn't treating things properly or not :( hopefully next visit is better.  We do buy ferret food here on occasion

Easy to talk with employees and they were able to answer all my questions and if not able to they were prompt on finding them out

I like PetSmart but I don't love Banfield Pet Hospital's customer service and they have a location inside this PetSmart. It's a good store. They have everything I've ever needed there and it's all easy to find. Good customer service from the PetSmart people.

Clean. They rearrange once in awhile so sometimes I have to look again to find my usual stuff. Staff can be nice if not having a bad day.
