Great store for my needs. If I don’t order online and I need a specific cat food or other cat related items immediately I head here. Good selection of cat food, and an ok selection of cat toys.

Large location with a decent variety of pet related goods. LOVED that they had hundreds of live animals to look at. In my experience, the other pet stores will offer a few of each pet (sometimes only one) This location had a plethora of everything. I was especially impressed to see the urgency the staff employed when the noticed an animal they suspected could be ill. Immediate removal and carted off to their on location vet. Bravo ladies. It made it feel like they really cared about the animals, regardless of that being true or not. Perception is what makes the world go 'round.

I took my dog there to be groomed and she's was acting as if she was druged i had to stay up with her half the night she was groomed by Melissa don't let her groom your pet my dog won't walk far keep sitting down from where she was shaved. She kept drinking water the whole night will be calling the corporate office its two days later and my dog still acting unresponsive   hiding in the closet and not playin she's not the  same as she was before we took her  there she like a different dog.

Red head manager would not let me take some pest snails because she's too lazy to pick them off the glass wall. Her excuse was as quoted, "Would you ask for them if they were not there?" and "If we can't sell them, I'm not giving them to you"
Apparently she also does not want her employees picking out for them, WHEN THEY ARE LITERALLY ON THE GLASS WALL. As a former employee for PetSmart, I really hope she is not at any other PetSmart I go to. Waste of my time, and gas, and a loss of their customer.
