Great friendly place with good bargains for our pets. Grooming department is most efficient.  Prices are very reasonable.

I would like to thank the staff at the Escondido Petsmart for the great care that they provided our dog, Abby - a lab mix. For the last several years we have placed our pooch in daycare and boarded her when we traveled. Each time the staff greets us with a smile, provides personalized updates when we call to check in, and leaves us with a smile when we pick her up. We always felt that she was getting the same care and attention as we would give her. 

Even during her last weekend with them as her health took an abrupt turn for the worst (she was 14 years old) they showed true caring and compassion, beyond what I would have ever expected. They were noticeably upset that our Abby would be passing on. Their phones calls, updates, and assistance in getting her checked in at the vet for a thorough assessment with extraordinary. We were several hours away; even still, we felt that she was getting the best care and attention.

Special thanks to all the staff at the PetSmart PetsHotel, you are all the best. I'll recommend you to everyone and we'll return again in the future.

Go for tropical fish, feeders, and supplies. Practically never anyone to help, or offer to help. If I go in ten times I will walk out 9 times with no offer to help. Today went in and there was actually someone working the dept but never offered to help, didnt even acknowledge my presence. I walked out, no sale. AGAIN.

Friendly staff and decent prices when products are on sale.

The crickets are consistent sizes but smell bad sometimes. When you buy large, you typically get large crickets. At Petco this rarely the case.

 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼I took my dog for the first and last time to their location in Escondido Blvd👎🏼  but unfortunately they did the worst  job ever , they told me they will clean the ears but👎🏼 they didn't touch the ears at all  worst than all after I took my dog home 👎🏼he started scratching himself to death I thought he was allergic to something but after I spent a few  hundreds at the vet for the tests  they told me that  the person at pet smart who washed the dog  she  didn't  rinse him enough so the soap washes off of  the poor dog 👎🏼so he was carrying detergent on his skin for days after he got washed and that's what caused the itchiness then I called and talked to the supervisor at pet smart👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 she was the worst and worst   than all,she said oh I don't know and she didn't even say SORRY at least then she said bye. 
What a customer service. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
I don't recommend going there for the grooming.
