This location has a problem with SNAILS in the fish tanks. I've had a fish tank for YEARS and never had snails in my tank. I bought fish from this location and ended up with snails in my tank. I found out afterwards that most likely the snails came in with the water in the bag my fish were in! Snails are hard to get rid up and NOT WORTH THE RISK of contamination. The store KNOWS they have an issue and aren't stopping fish sales long enough to rid themselves of the problem.. That is just WRONG, IRRESPONSIBLE and GREEDY!

I'd like the opportunity to visit the dog holding area, i want to see the conditions our pet's are experiencing...are they in cages, is there bedding, the estimated 3 to 4 hours, are they walked, are they given water while waiting for service? I spent plenty of money getting both my dog's bathed and nails done, but once outside the compound, they had to pee & poop, also they were extremely thirsty. So on our next visit i want to see the facility where my pet's are being staged. John.P.

It's expensive, but they have a better selection of dog food than tractor supply. Koi selection isn't very good.

The store itself is awesome! The staff knows what they are talking about. They all love animals and really care about every animal that comes to the store. The managers help get the right kind of food your per needs to stay healthy. As for grooming, GARBAGE. They made an appointment for my dogs on their own. One for 9am.... one for 2pm.... saying that they miss my dogs and wanted to take care of them. They know I dont live close, they told me it was fine they could take care of both dogs at 9am. My wife and I dropped them off at 9am, and killed time for 3 hours thinking that was enough time for 2 dogs to get a bath nail trim and dry off. We came back and the groomers hadnt even touched my dogs.... it was 1230.... 3.5 hours later. They didnt even consider calling us to tell us it was going to be a little longer. Finally at 430 ( 7.5 hours later) they said they were ready for pickup. When we got their one of my dogs had her left eye swollen shut and it was crusty on the outside. The groomers didnt even touch their nails and for some stupid reason they spray painted both my dogs paws pink and purple, not nail polish but the entire paw pink and purple. AND EXPECTED A TIP. Terrible terrible grooming done there. All of the groomers should be fired.
