Owner is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The store has a big selection of reptiles even poisonous ones.  Although the owner and operator is shortstaffed, he went out of his way to give me good service. I will definitely be back!

Ron, the owner is very knowledgeable about all reptiles. Great selection and variety at all times. This is a reptile store, not a bird store or bunny store. If you need reptile supplies and information this is the place to go.

Staff is  knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions. They have great prices compared to other pet shops in the area. I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future.

Tried this place again. This is my third visit and I can say it will be my last. Yes it smells. But I've figured it's a bunch of animals living in a tiny area. As soon as I walked in the second cage had a dead lizard in it. Seems that none of the water had been changed. Most of the animals didn't even have water to begin with. If they can't even give them fresh water how are they keeping up with feeding them??? 
The man who was working with the dreads was very rude. I wanted information on a tortoise that I was considering to buy. He told me that the specific one wasn't for sale and that it would not be going to anyone's home. I was confused on why he would not sell it me. I'm 100% capable of taking care of this reptile as I have several more at home. 
Very very rude. 
Will never come back. 
I will only go to xtreme exotics.

Yes the place does smell I used to go there for my crickets but not anymore, they are not as knowledgeable as people say trying to contradict something me and my feancee know very well.  The animals are not taken care of every time I go in there I see animals of diffrent kinds dead or close to dead will not recommend this place to anyone period!!!!! Not to mention petsmart is cheaper with better quality crickets.
