Got my dogs groomed here for first time today. And Brian was such a great help and very friendly. He went above what anyone else has done for my dogs. Very energetic and loves what he does. Definitely will be coming back to this location to have him continue to bathe my dogs.

I love the grooming technicians professionalism and kindness to the animals and owners. My pet looks forward to getting her day of pampering! We love Missy and everyone on staff, Thank you!

The store is alright, but mostly what I come here for is the grooming department. I've used the Petsmart Grooming in St. John's Town Center for years and had great experiences, so when we moved to this side of town I gave them a shot. Much better than transporting my poor nervous dog across town but they also do a wonderful job. We usually try and book Natalya (see Alicia at Town Center, she's amazing) and have had nothing but good experiences. The workers are friendly enough that my dog doesn't even mind being handed over. They always take great care of him and the pawgress reports are adorable. Highly recommend.

Bad experience. Your cashier made a mistake of scanning the items so I came back it was raining hard so I am soak and wet. Without your cashier making mistakes I can go to other appointments I have. But I am soaked I have to go home and changed my clothes. I don't like shopping again in your store till your cashier learned how to scanned properly.

Had to wait in line too long 15 minutes. Very slow. Just a lot of people in there. Not enough lines or Express lines to keep things moving faster.
