Got my puppy groomed although she's a little goofy, everyone us so nice. The check in process was easy and fast and the groomer Katie always does a great job!

My visit to Petsmart was a very pleasant experience. I regret that I did not get the lady's name who assisted me in finding the products that I needed for my newly acquired rescue puppy. She was super nice and patient, accessing the information that I shared with her, then helping me find the products that I needed.
The hospital personnel were very helpful as well with questions that I had about the care of my newest family member. Thank you Petsmart.

Love the Vet and all the personnel that work in the Banfield Vet services. The PetSmart store personnel are also very good.

I would rate no stars if I could! This rating is for the grooming service only, and for a specific groomer by the name of Lindsey! All the other ladys in the grooming department were nice, & I love shopping here and all the other personel are friendly aswell ! 

However, I booked an appointment ahead of time for 6pm on a Friday because we were leaving out of town Saturday at 7am (I arrived an hour early). This was gonna be the first time I was going to get my puppy groomed (as he is only 3 months old and had his first cut when I got him. I had no idea what cut to get) 

I was going to originally schedule my appointment in the Humble location and contacted them at what cut to book, they told me they could do a small trim on his already schnauzer cut. But they had no openings for the day. So I booked this location on Beltway 8, making sure I could book the puppy trim & or the groom service at the same 6pm slot appoinment. (Which I could so I didnt think time was a factor) Just incase there was a time difference and it had to be done earlier (which is the reason I arrived 1 hour early) 

I was greeted by the lady in the desk and after talking to her and being told that I would need a groom done if I wanted the schnauzer cut. So I agreed. When she turned around to let the groomer Linsay know, the look on her face was just disgusting (with no appolgy given and turning me away, because someone dropped off their dog for a full groom last minute- mind you I had made my appointment in the morning) she had no time for me because she had to leave, the receptionist appologized then tried to get me an appointment at another location but no luck. 

That ugly attidue girl by the name of Lindsey looks like she hates her job and there is no compassion given for our furbabies by the look of her face and the way she was handling that shitzu she was grooming. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! 

Im glad to say im happy things did not work out with PetSmart and I will no longer return to this particular store!! Because now I found my forever groomer at Fur Paws! They did a phenominal job in little time and took me in last minute due to the inconvience of PetSmart Grooming service. My groomer loves her job and treats my dog as their own!! 

The managers Samantha & Kristy need to fire this girl ! She obviously hates her job!!!

Always take my two small buddies here to get quaffed and la chappeaux.
Kids in the back do a good job grooming them.  Staff is courteous and
very helpful. And MR Manager, put more than one person on the cash
register line. Retail rule is 3 minutes per customer. I usually wait 10-15.
