I love this place!  I am terrified of birds.  My last visit I got to hang out with the most loving cockatoo named Roscoe.  They took such good care of him and made me feel extremely comfortable handling him.  Roscoe also made me feel comfortable with birds. He is fabulous and loves to party!  Thanks a ton S&S Exotics!

Oh my goodness people! Please come here and purchase your pets here! They are very well taken care of! The staff are very knowledgeable about their animals and will make sure you have everything you need whenever you pick out your furry, feather,  or scaly friend!  You know a place is well kept and animals are happy when the environment has that smell that all animal lovers know of and to see the animals active and not aggressive.

Let me tell you, don't let the abundance of reptiles and mammals trick you into thinking this exotic pet shop is any good at all. I went to them thinking that since they've been around for a while that they would have experience in caring and providing me with a good new pet. I was WRONG.

 I purchased a Brazilian Rainbow Boa about three months old at a pet show from a nice gentleman who was currently manning the booth. I was able to feed it once, then it stopped eating, followed by the occurrence of a respiratory infection. Under the impression that something needed to be done, I called the shop and talked to the same person I bought the snake from. He advised me to slightly change the living conditions and it would be fine. I changed them and a week went by with no improvements. I called once again and talked to the owner. She told me that I COULD bring the young reptile to the vet, but she said that she didn't recommend it. With this advise I allowed the snake to live in the current environment for another five to seven days with no improvements still. 

Enough was enough and I brought her in to get checked out. The vet informed me that on top of the respiratory infection, she also had a small mite infestation. Guess what else? She also had stomach protozoa which was causing her weakness and lack of appetite. The vet treated her and said that this wasn't the first time he had seen animals from S&S in poor health. He told me that numerous people had come in with reptiles and mammals both with parasites of different sorts. 

Unfortunately, in the car ride home the small reptile passed. I called S&S and to my surprise, they replaced the snake. This snake still had mites though. 

All in all, this exotic pet shop should not be trusted. They keep their animals in foul conditions and supply sick animals. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

I gave this place 5 stars because overall we really enjoyed out visit. We came in looking for some new cages for some of our furrbabies. I was in awe of all of the pets they had and in comparison to the many other pet stores I have been to, the selection was great. All of the staff members where extremely friendly and helpful even though they where pretty busy at the time. We will be back!

This place is awesome! The have a huge selection of all sorts of exotic animals. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff.
