This particular location is awful as far as selection. The people who work here seem nice enough. The worst part though is that the entire front area outside smells like rancid animal urine at all times. I mean, doesn’t anyone clean here? They have to know owners will be having their pets go potty around here and there’s no way for the owner/management to not smell this.

This location usually give good serve BUT not the employee goes by FRANKIE the manager of this store should really adjusting her attitude toward the checkout line Because this employee anything but good or in customer service or even helpful in anyways all she did was ring merchandise up and looking useless NO HELLO NO THANK YOU OR GOODBYE FROM THIS EMPLOYEE she looks like she hated her job And my advice is then she needs to get out of this business then go home

Most of the staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. I usually find what I need here at fair prices. Get a pet perks card for extra savings!

My dog went to puppy camp here three days a week for seven years. Great staff, excellent care taken of the dogs. They truly love and care for pets. People aside though, I do wish the play rooms didn't feel so institutional.

I recently boarded my pit at this PetSmart for three days, two nights. She's an easy going and friendly girl, but I was anxious because I've never boarded her before (I used to work at a vet that offered boarding and it was a horrible environment for the dogs). They gave her a raised bed and let me leave a blanket and deer antler with her (back to the vet I worked for...they'd let you leave beds and toys with the dog, but they usually never actually gave these things to the dog). I paid extra to give her two 30-minute play sessions with a human per day so that she wouldn't go stir crazy, and I called every day to check up on her. They were so kind and understanding, and sent us home with the sweetest "pawgress report". "Zoe is so amazing! It took little for her to warm up to us and start wagging her tail. She shows her appreciation with us by standing near us in the camp room and letting us rub her soft ears. Thanks for trusting us with the care of your darling Zoe. Cared for by those who understand pits." I will definitely use this PetSmart for boarding again in the future if the need arises.
