Dear Managers Meeting, Did you really think this would help your business? Cutting your employees' hours? How good an idea is it when I and about 5 others just walked out your doors because there is ONE cashier with 30 people in line? Not good. No customers = no money for you. I won't be going back.

I shop almost exclusively at the PetSmart. I got one of my dogs here and they offered me a lot of help getting started out. They give you a free bag of dog food and coupons for everything you need to get started. Prices are a bit higher sometimes but there are sales almost every time I go in basically bring it down to competitive prices. In addition, part of their proceeds often go to shelters to provide food for dogs in need. Today when i went in they were offering 50% bags of dog food that were nearing their Sold By date and if bought, they donated a bag of dog food to a shelter.

Great place to shop for pet supplies. As a dog trainer and enthusiast I can say most of the staff is well knowledgeable about your dogs needs. Super friendly staff, and your pets are welcome to come in.

They adopt dogs out and they will not tell the people that if the dog gets kennel cough that it is very contagious to other dogs then when you call them up they tell you that it is not there problem sense you signed the paper work they should tell you before any adoption happens. No matter if they are housing for the Spokane humane society or not!

We take our dogs to Banfield Pet for all their medical needs. Dr. Carr is a terrific vet and he and his staff take great care of our dogs.
