Don't do as you ask. Automatically resort to shaving. Then tell you they are not mind readers. Very rude and unprofessional.

WE LOVE CAREN AND SO DID OUR PUPPY! We moved away from Spokane many years ago to the west side of the state, but if we ever move back, Walnut will certainly be going back to see Caren at the Pooch Parlor. She was SO GREAT with our needy and sensitive little schnauzer. He is so scared of everyone, but Caren was great about taking her time with him and getting him to warm up to her. We followed her from her old place of employment to when she opened up The Pooch Parlor and were sad to have to leave her when we were PCSed to the other side of the state. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone with a "needy" dog like mine. :) THANK YOU CAREN!!! -John, Kerrie, and Walnut

Took my King Charles Cavalier (long hair) to be groomed, they told me they might have to cut a little bit to get out a matted area.  When I got him back he was totally shaved!  They didn't even ask me they just shaved off all of his fur down to the skin.  It would be one thing if his fur was in really bad condition, or if they even asked me first but they did not. 

Also this was in the winter time, so my poor doggy had no fur for the winter!  To me this is the ultimate in laziness and it was a horrible shock to boot. 

Do not recommend going here.
