We have been taking our dog to Pawsitive Image for over 3 years.  They have always done a fantastic job of grooming her.  She is a rescue dog that is a bit scared of being left somewhere.  All of the staff have been super caring & loving to Gracie, EVERYTIME!  I just took her after she had injured her tail and they were so gentle with her. She now lets them take her to be groomed without pulling to get to me.  Thanks for all you do for her!

My mom took her dog here today and has been getting her groomed for 12 years.  When she picked her up they showed her a cut on her dog and said they wouldn't charge her... when she got home her poor dog was traumatized and my mom discovered three more open cuts.  In 12 years this dog has never gotten cut during a grooming as she is mellow and loves haircuts.  My mom called and the groomer told her that it just happens sometimes when my mom asked to speak to the manager they said he would call back but did not.  Don't take your dog here there are too many other places that won't hurt and traumatize your dog.

First time taking our dog here, and was excited to try it out since it is closer to where I live. When I first picked her up the hair cut looked good. She smelled great as well. Once I took her home, I noticed that the hair on her feet still had huge strands so I had to pull out the scissors and even out the hair myself. 

The haircut was not very well proportioned and not even... will not be going back.

UPDATE: I just saw your response.. great customer service you have... I will GLADLY take my business elsewhere. Already told numerous people about my experience. As a small business you shouldn't be so defensive!

I have been taking my yorkie mix to this salon for the three years I've had him. They have worked with me to develop a style that I love. The staff is friendly and does their best to work around my busy schedule. Serious respect is felt by me and my beary boy! Thanks to all of you.

I will never take my dog anywhere else to get a groom! She loves Jamie (the groomer) so much and always looks so gorgeous coming out of here!
