I have come here quite a few times and have always found what I was looking for.

The customer service had always been great. I have brought my dog in for his nail trimming and they have done a great job at it.

He absolutely hates the whole process, but they do really well with calming him.

I did take him here once to do a wash and dry and nail trim, but that process took over an hour so I haven't been back to do that again. 

They have plenty of parking and places outside with bags to pick up after your dog as well.

Everytime I visit this location there's only one cashier open. And usually takes over 10 minutes to check out. Do yourself a favor and go to a different PetSmart

Very bad customer service. They have no idea about fish and Water condition . Mixing different fish in same tank no clue about fish compatibility. Managers  of the Sterling petsmart very arrogant

This pet smart was clean and the employee I spoke with had some information I was seeking,  but they didn't have the right animal I was looking for, and the product I was wanting was not there and was told to go to the other pet smart. That is why I gave this place three stars.

Great service and we love how the young girl with glasses grooms Oakley & Barkley. They look, smell & feel awesome ~ Thank You for doing such a great job!
