Each time I call they never have our reservation when we show up. This time around they needed us to show our dog vacination records we just provided on New Years Eve Weekend. Lastly when we picked up our dog I asked how she did and no one seemed to know. It's like high school children collecting a pay check and not really caring. Please stay away from this location. I would find a more responsive and reliable pet hotel. This would be a last option in my book.... roof over your pet's head, food and water...at most.... who knows if they are actually getting the play time you are paying for. UGH. So frustrating.

I feel HORRIBLE about the most recent lady who left a bad review because I should have not only put this on Yelp, but Google Reviews as well. !!!!!! DANGER WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS HERE!! You do so at your own risk. Our teacup poodle ended up the in ICU because a member of the staff DROPPED him on his head this summer. An employee named Brittany called us and LIED about the circumstances. She called to say our poodle "just passed out" when they went to take him for a walk. An investigation, which took WEEKS, ended up revealing that the employee in fact lied to us over the phone. This was a very upsetting phone call to receive on vacation. The staff then proceeded to LIE to the emergency doctor at the VCA animal hospital as well, which could have led to the death of our dog. They told the doctor our poor puppy "just passed out" when he in fact had been dropped. The vet said he had injuries consistent with falling from a high surface or being dropped. I can only thank God that our dog was okay. He has a chipped canine as a result. PetSmart did NOT PAY FOR OUR HEALTHCARE BILLS related to the follow ups for the incident. Petsmart pets hotel is THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used PetSmart PetsHotel to board my dog over the holidays (December 2017). When I picked up my dog, she had various cuts, scraps, and other sores on her chest, face, and nose. No one could explain what happened. No one seemed to care that I was concerned or showed any concern for my dog. I tried reaching out to management but was never called back. If you love your pet, go elsewhere.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO BE GROOMED HERE. I WITNESSED ABUSE INSIDE THE GROOMING AREA AND I TOOK ACTION. I CALLED OUT THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE AND TOLD THE MANAGER; WHO DIDN’T SEEM TI CARE. THESE PEOPLE GROOMING PETS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL!!

My girlfriend brought her dog Gemma in today and could not stop raving about the experience (so much so that I had to leave this review). Gemma sometimes gets anxious around other dogs but Andre did an awesome job. She got her nail grinding done quickly and easily. Andre fit Gemma in despite a busy schedule and was very accommodating. We plan to use them again and would gladly recommend this PetSmart location!
