I'm a new mom of two (puppies). So coming here was very helpful on what i needed for them. The prices can be great at times. Staff wise: Its a win/lose situation, when you have a good staff helping you, they have to go because they are low in staff. And the bad staff well they are just not helpful in different forms. I've only had a one bad experience with a manager. Where she really gave me a hard time on returning an item without a paper receipt and not wanting to except my receipt on my mobile device (a copy they email when making a purchase). As for the staff at the grooming salon they are great! They are very loving and caring with my puppies.

Rude snappy manager (older ,shoulder length brown haired lady). Was hanging out having a smoke outside when cashier called her in to price match an online PetSmart in store pick up price. Would not match. Gave false information about timeline of pick up too. Said 24hrs when website states within 1hr.

I've been to better PetSmart stores, this one lacks dimension in the tropical fish arena. But for cat and dog food, this is where I go, my picky cat likes a specific brand, and this place is the only place that carries it regularly.

I absolutely love this petsmart. I adopted my dog from this place. They bring in dogs from a shelter who are ready for a new home and it's a great way to have people see and want these dogs out rather than them having to go to a shelter

Rude manager. I was speaking to an employee on cash and instead of correcting the employee she corrected me. Have your managers spend more time in store instead of outside smoking and maybe the line won’t get so long.
