Great variety of leashes and collars, harnesses, and toys. Much more than the other stores nearby. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to assist. I like that they are always cleaning and straightening, I don't mind the extra ten seconds standing at the counter for the cashier to catch up to me at all if it means lower prices. The store can be messy at times, especially the cat section, which is difficult to navigate, but for the size of the store the selection is unbeatable. Bigger stores nearby don't have as much variety.

Get my rats here for my snake.  GO on Tuesdays, else you will be going for a sold out live food.  If you go on any other day, you are likely not to get what you need.  The wait times vary.  The selection for pet supplies are excellent.  The facility offers grooming services and dog training.

This is a petco with fish! Great service, there’s a couple of works who just know there stuff when it comes to fish. I don’t really support these corporations but If you need cheap tanks this is the place to go. The fish stock is meh besides the bettas, they’re some of the best I’ve seen.

Issue #1: Scheduled a grooming appointment with no problem. Call the day of appointment to confirm and they have no record of my appointment being scheduled. (Re)scheduled grooming for the following week. 

Issue #2: The (re)scheduled appointment was cancelled same day. 

I decided to find another groomer. 

Issue #3: I was told there was a great puppy playtime program at the same location. Since it was not a part of grooming services I figured why not? I called Sunday and was told playtime started at 2p. Showed up to Petco at 1:55 and puppy playtime was over. It started at 1p. I was told by the trainer to return the next week for playtime and that there would be another small dog so it would be great and to also bring my daughter.

Which led to issue #4: showed up the following week before puppy playtime and the trainer from the week prior led me to the play area. So far so good. She then returns a few minutes later with another dog and owner to tell me that the other dog there was going to be too big to play with, but if I came back next week I would have another yorkie to play with. 

I won't be returning.

It's hard to find people to help you at this one, but they just revamped aquatics and it's nice. Make sure you book grooming in advance. The store is clean.
