Call to get a grooming appointment, the girl who answered the phone may want to look for another job seems this is too much for her. Ask for next appointment oh Monday between 10-2 ok how about noon? We don't have that available. With her attitude I sure the hell don't want you touching any of my animals. Why don't you try new staff in grooming sounds as if patrons are a bother to her.

Some of the groomers are kind of rude. There are many, many groomers in the world. Your money is better spent on someone else.

This is one of the better Petco stores I've been to. The staff are excellent, and they even allowed my dog and another person's dog to play with each other in the Isles off leash, which is against the rules but when you have two dogs that are well-behaved and they see that and they make a Command Decision to go ahead and let it continue, it just goes to show that the management and staff are both on the same page and they work together to allow slight deviation and policy that provides an excellent atmosphere. I have seen great stores and I have seen piss-poor stores. And this is definitely a great store! Petco is a franchise so I am not going to comment on whether or not their deals are good because it doesn't matter. The deals are what they are, and it would be like that at every Petco that you can go to. When it comes to these cookie-cutter franchise stores, it's all about the staff and the management.

Always friendly and helpful employees. Love the groomers, my fur baby is always looking good when we leave. This is an up dated post 5/13/17. This was the worst visit iv ever had at the groomers on Crawfordsville rd. I have dropped from a 5 star to a 1. Worst hair cute ever, hair still in his mouth, ears weren't done on the inside at all. I have not seen the male groomer in there in awhile and service has went down hill fast. I won't ever take him back there. He used to love going to his grooming appointments, now the girl is dragging him across the floor by his color and leash, he only weights 9 lbs. I had to pick him up and hand him to her, if your afraid of dogs you shouldn't be a dog groomer.

Not really happy with grooming every since the guy left (can't remember his name). Each time I have gone back something hasn't been right. This time I asked for it to be less than half and it still was half (not happy with the length at all). I asked how much it would cost to get it taken down more and was told I would have to do a full groom....not happening. I'm done giving them my money. Time to find a new location.
