Every time I go to this store its fully staffed. Witch is a plus in my book. But no one knows there job duties. I bout a bag of cat food that was on sale. Buy one get of free. They only had one 7 pound bag... So I asked if I could get two 3.5 pond bags to equal out the free bag. I'm assuming the assistant manager I talked to talked to here manager and he said he couldn't do it. Because it would wipe them out??? HOW??? This is one of the many reasons why I don't like going to this store. No body knows what there doing

My concern is actually a complaint. Today I decided to get my dog groomed and her nails clipped. The plan was to also get her a new leash and matching harness while she was getting serviced. Keep in mind I drove all the way from Henderson to visit this specific store because it's where I always brought my dog. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted with a welcome but with a "if you're gonna be in here you need to have your dog on a leash". So I picked my dog up and took her straight to the pet grooming station. The same man whose name is Jeremy which claims to be a manager came in behind me and said "I'm going to have to ask you to leave the store. You're not gonna abuse your animal and expect to use our services or have us service you"!. So I picked my dog up again and I asked him to move out of my way so that I can leave and he still proceeded to stand there attempting to tell me what to do with my animal. Not only was I insulted but I felt very disrespected. I spend tons of money with pet smart and sad to say I will never return EVER again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know and their friends as well. You all need to tell your employees how to treat paying customers. I will now be supporting a much smaller company who's charging me $60 less. Way to go Jeremy I will make sure word gets out to everyone. The store is located at 1261 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102

Crystal and Phillip were very helpful today with my purchase of food for my 7 year old English bulldog and kitten food for my kitten who just got neutered today.  They both were very knowledgeable and patient with me today.  I appreciate being treated like a loyal pet parent.

For anybody wondering about the lady complaining about her dog and her being kicked out I was there and she was carrying her dog by the Scruff like a handbag while the whole time the thing was crying and she was shaking it to stop crying. The manager Jeremy politely asked her to leave because he's does not support animal abuse. I thought the entire time the situation was handled professionally and quite frankly that lady should never be allowed back in the store or to own another animal in my opinion.
