Purchased a fish tank bulb here, turns out my hood was bad. Store would not return the bulb after 3 hours with a receipt and the package was perfect. Told them to keep the bulb and the money since they obviously need it so bad.

I love it here. The staff are always so welcoming and informative. My friend wanted to give one of their miniature hamsters a loving home. I went with her to help with a decision. She and I were a little worried because miniature hamsters are known to nip and can be pretty aggressive. 

But the lady had been handling them since they first arrived at the pet store, so they were extremely comfortable with people. She bought one and she and her little hamster are living happily together! Thank you Southside!
