Ground rent way to high!!!  So many mobile homes for sale due to this. Park not taken care of at all. Moved in here 2012 was good then. Went down hill with constant new management. They let all kinds move in now and I mean all kinds!! No screening process like before. Kids race cars around, walk through yards, litter! Something needs done or park will become ghost town. Think about it before you buy a place here....

When I first moved in everyone had to go through a process which included a background check.  Now everyone is allowed residence.  The office complains about small things, yet they do nothing to remove a child sex offender.  In the lease it clearly states anyone committing a crime such as a sex offense will be evicted.  The ground rent has increased dramatically and the new manager is condescending and does nothing to help anyone.  Gailen was a better manager than her.

Have always received courteous and professional service when dealing with the office and personel..Residents and neighbors work hard to upkeep their homes and grounds and it shows...

Dogs out of control. Residents not very friendly . Lot rent way to high for what u get . They are not very interested in hearing any complaints .  Real fast in giving warning to certain people.
