Good food, beautiful place, ok customer service.  I think that there were too many people serving our table so our orders got mixed up a bit! Loved Baba Ganoush and the Shrimp Tacos!

The ambiance the food, we sat at the bar so our Bartender Eva was great! The Sangria was very good. We had a nice evening at Philos and will be returning

I am not typically one to lambast a resturant but unfortunately this experience today calls for such. 

I patronized this establishment for brunch on a friend's birthday. Upon arrival I was "greeted" by staff who were too busy putting on their makeup to acknowledge our arrival. We expressed we had reservations and were told that a large party had been booked and we could "take a high top or sit outside", which is fine, I understand. 

The service was fine initially, but when the larger party arrived our server completely stopped coming to our table. I made eye contact and gestured to a server three times all of which were completely ignored. I was forced to go to the bar 6 times to order food and drinks for our table because a server did not come by for an entire hour. 

The experience mixed with the mediocre food made for a dreadful brunch. I find myself bewildered that a resturant cannot undertake a party of 30 and still attend to their other patrons.

It was well noted that the service was terrible. The staff was fully aware of the situation.
