I spoke with Colleen, who was super nice, and she managed to squeeze us in. We needed certain times due to my son's schedule and she did everything she could to accommodate our needs. The physical therapist, Vicky, is awesome. She is so nice and explains everything as she goes along. I was a little worried going there because I didn't know anyone who had been there, but so glad we went. I would recommend this place to others. Clean, professional and really pleasant staff.

Customer service needs to be worked. They treat you like your just another appointment and will not try to work with you for rescheduling if it is their fault. Will not be recommending anyone to be going there.
