Pie Bakery in NYC is a cozy and inviting destination that serves up a delectable selection of sweet and savory pies, satisfying the cravings of pie lovers across the city. Located in Soho this charming bakery exudes warmth and comfort, inviting guests to indulge in home like food. With a menu featuring classic pies, inventive savory pies, and other delicious treats, Pie Bakery offers something for everyone. Friendly service and reasonable pricing make it a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a sweet snack on the go.
It’s casual but polished casual. $5.25/ Freddo Cappuccino. It was very good. This was the item I was most impressed with at Pi Bakerie, over and above the pastries and baked dishes. If I come back to Pi Bakerie it will be specifically for the Freddo Cappuccino. I could envision myself deliberately making a detour via SoHo for this Freddo Cappuccino. Which is pretty cool that means they have a “destination item” on their menu. I’d be curious to compare with Café Lyria who also make reportedly excellent Greek Freddo Cappuccino this is like the Italian Schakerato. Also curious to try their Peinirli “cheese boat”. Looked delicious.
Called all over Manhattan for Tsoureki and finally found it here! They had it They delivered it to Chelsea And it is AMAZING! Also got other amazing Greek pastries. Can't wait to go in person and try more!! Efharisto Poli kai Xristos Anesti!
Spinach & feta croissant was incredible as was egg breakfast sandwich. Latte was solid. Service was standard. Atmosphere was nice/spacious - we sat and enjoyed our food rather than taking it to go. Would 100% go back again next time I am in FiDi for those pastries.Food: 5/5
A wonderful, bright, and comfortable environment. All of the food is freshly made on-site and is simply delicious. I’m no food scientist but it seems like very high quality, fresh, and wholesome ingredients. Selections of Greek and Greek-inspired food for any meal, along side amazing looking and smelling baked goods and desserts. I could only fit in Moussaka, black-eyed pea salad, and a small selection of finger desserts. It was all so refreshing! Also had a freshly made ginger/carrot drink. If you’re looking for fresh food to revive yourself, I’d recommend Pi Bakery!
The food is good but the pricing changes depending on who is working there. I ordered beans over rice and was charged $7 for a small portion of rice picture below, the beans were an additional $7 without being told until after being charged. Typically when I order this dish I am not charged $7 for rice. Recommend staff training so that customers aren’t surprised and taken advantage of by variable pricing.
Best spanakopita I’ve ever had — and I’m Greek so sample size is large. Freddo cappuccino was also solid. The staff/service is amazing and vibes are 10/10. Love this place!Food: 5/5
Really cute place! The food is always delicious but the coffee is not always as amazing. It depends who makes it. Also sometimes the people working there are amazing but that also isn't consistent...although I would say more often than not the people are great, the food is always good, but the coffee needs to be more consistent!Food: 5/5
Loved this place! Lots of sweet and savory options! Complete coffee shop. A lot of seating indoor & outdoor. Fresh squeezed orange juice!Food: 5/5
This was a delicious lunch I had after quarantine. Everything tastes great, coffee is good. Atmosphere in the bakery really good, everyone is super nice and helpful. This place has an incredible choose of Greek food
