Absolutely wonderful!!! I was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem tucked away in Scottdale. The atmosphere is very genuine with a truly authentic Ethiopian vibe. The food is delicious and plentiful!! From the savory lamb and rice to a plethora of taste on the vegetable platter! By far one of the most unique culinary experiences I have had in awhile! Highly recommended!!

We really wanted to love this place as we love Ethiopian food. We frequent Desta, and we thought we'd give this place a try after seeing the pictures of their dishes here. I ordered the combination plate with beef, lamb and goat. My wife ordered another beef dish. The meat was so tough and blend that we took a bite, asked for our check and left to eat somewhere else. The service was slow as well but that didn't bother me as much. On the plus side, the place was full with Ethiopians and they seemed to have no problem with the food and the very loud music. I have absolutely no idea how on earth anyone can actually chew and swallow that meat. Like I said, it just wasn't for me. I would avoid this place unless you are Ethiopian.

The food is not bad but too much fat even if I'm ethiopian.  I ask the waiters for jebena coffee and she told me they not serving coffee but the serve coffee for the white couples in front of us but that's down side from most of ethiopian ppl we see white or foreigners as God or way to path to heaven that's why I don't go ethiopian places that much except to shop
