Going on 3 hours and still no pizza. This has happened before with this place. I don't know why I even order from them anymore....do NOT waste your time or money here. They offer nothing.

Bad location, bad customer service, no apologies after a delivery 45 minutes after the scheduled time and on top of that, hung up on when I called to file a complaint. Spend your money somewhere else, even if you are craving good bad pizza.

I called at 11:30PM because the hospital is swamped. No one has had time to eat. These guys hung up on me twice and then refused my order. By the time I talked to the manager Marcus it was 6 minutes until closing and he made it clear they did not want our business.

Very bed customer service promise 15 mins order ready it took 1 hour I will not go on this location again

No Star should be giving for this type of service. How can you have a credit at this place and use some (not all) and when you want to use your credit its not available because yoiu have to use it all at one time... No one ever mention that to us. Its always something from them hanging the phone up and not apologizing to them talking rough to you over the phone.. I give up on this pizza hut.. revamping of this place is in need.
