It's clean! They have a score of 100!! Those are the only positives. The service SUCKS!!!! Attitudes everywhere! Slow service and no personalities. To top it all off my food came out cold!!! How??? All we heard was"I'm tired, I'm not working on Sundays anymore". First time I've been to a bad Waffle House. I hope corporate reads these because they need help unless you all like losing business because anyone there today isn't returning we all discussed it!!!

I order a grilled chicken deluxe with no bacon over the phone and the lady didn't repeat the order back to me to make sure my order was correct. Once I received my order I was only giving the grilled chicken deluxe with no bacon. I was expecting to receive grill chicken deluxe with the hash browns. I called back and a gentleman told me I was supposed to say plate or dinner. The menu doesn't say plate or dinner. I am very highly unsatisfied with the service. I looked over the menu after getting off the phone and saw grilled bacon chicken cheese under sandwiches not grilled chicken deluxe. The employees needs training on understand the menu to help customers to order correct items. I wasn't offered apology for not reading my order back to me or making sure my order was correct. The employee I spoked to made it seem as it was my fault and not told me what I should say going forward. The employee needs coaching on how to address customer complaints and not make the customer feel bad.

Waffle House is my favorite restaurant. I have been to a bunch and this sucks. They are not very busy. All of the tables are dirty, and no one is cleaning them. I cleaned my own, but it took 15 minutes after I asked for the server to wipe it down. We got our drinks about 10 minutes later. My glass was dirty with dried food on the inside. I asked for a straw when my server brought my drink, but I didn't get one until she replaced my drink. I have to go to the server and ask for refills. All of the tables are STILL dirty. I asked for grits and got hashbrowns. My eggs are not over easy. All of my food it's swimming in grease. I used napkins to get some of the excess grease off. Somehow jalapeno juice got in the waffle batter and the whole restaurant is complaining about waffles that taste like hot sauce. My non-jalapeno waffle was closer to batter than a waffle. Now we're just about to leave and every table in the restaurant is still dirty even though we're the only remaining customers. Our server is on the phone. The kicker is that the manager left in the middle of complaining customers and a dirty restaurant. I guess he doesn't care about the 2-5 crowd.

The food was typical Waffle House but the service was terrible. I'm handicap and I was unable to get someone to take my money they had to refer me to someone else when it was time to pay

Never coming here again. Came here cause it's close to my work. It took forever to get my food and when I did, the woman didn't even bother to properly hand it to me. Just an sour "excuse me" and that was it. I've been to many other waffle house but this one is the worst.
