Employees work very hard to please the customer....I have watched the ladies in the Deli Department at night work their pants off..I watched the one girl run in the back to fry food, come out and fill salads & take care of customers all with a smile...I only shop the hot items when she is working, only time the food seems to be full....Easy Checkout never a long wait & always close parking...

IF it's on sale and IF you play the game (print coupons, in store coupons, sign up for reward card digital coupons...) then there are some good deals to be found. Mostly, they are just convenient because they have more locations than the competition.

This my main Pick'N'Save. I have been very happy with the service I have received since my review from 4-5 months ago.  Jennifer has become one of my favorite associates. Also the teenagers who work there are very friendly and very nice. It is my favorite Pick'N'Save in the southern Mke county area. The bakery staff is helpful and take extra steps to ensure one is satisfied with their service. I have been very happy when dealing w pharmacy.  Also, there is a great selection of produce and the store is very clean!
         Unfortunately, the evening shift has had a couple managers (esp Blonde haired male)  who are incredibly rude, have difficulty smiling, and are not helpful if a person has a questions. One nt. I arrived at store within 30 mins of closing. ( late summer/early fall of 17 and only had my checkbook). I asked if they took checks, the employee didnt answer.  Had to leave with out my groceries because they closed the main register and wouldn't reopen it. I was so frustrated!  Why close out your main register when the store actually closes?  There were other customers there who hadn't even gotten to the self check out. It was a waste of my time They just got new registers so maybe there is a reason for only self checkout? 
     The Pick N Save app is pretty good and helps to make lists and use coupons. It seems like customer service is improving so I just changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

People are always helpful and friendly, miss the Roundy's brand Peach ice cream though. Can you bring it back?

Well its pick'n'save all good here, good prices and not just groceries but other items here too and now they have some indian spices and foods too
