Founded as a single gas station in 1958, Pilot Flying J today is North America's largest operator of truck stops and travel centers, which include Pilot Travel Center locations. What the point of pay at the pump if it’s a gamble whether or not their pump will take your card or send you inside. I’ve complained of this a few times and nothing was done.I was just there and the pump told me to see cashier... I thought it was just me but there was another person complaining about the same thing. I’ve never been happy with them and this is the last time they get my business. FYI the mobile station down the road has the same price and Kwik trip across the street has better people.

Do not come here ehwrin a big rig the subway has nothing and no signs telling what they don't have and if you want tenders out of the store I hope you like honey mustard because that is the ONLY dipping sauce they carry, and they don't care if you don't like it. The bathrooms are nasty and dirty and these people don't give a care in the world about making sure a customer is happy THEY ABSOLUTELY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES PERIOD.

The third shift female cashier was more interested in her cellphone and friend comfortably seated on the floor behind the counter than providing services to customers. I will never patronize this location again. Pilot should screen their employees for narcotics

Great place for a Pilot, very friendly. Just don't like parking at a pilot. To crowded.
