We spent $1600 on a couch plus $100 for the extended warranty. We were told that this couch is whats considered a "5-8 year couch" meaning thats how long they are expected to last. First let me begin by saying the couch smelled terrible upin delivery. When we called to complain a couple weeks later (we wanted to see if the smell would dissipate, which it never did), they said we should have complained earlier and tbe warranty doesn't cover that. Then within the first 9 months of ownership, the seat cores and cushions started to break down. They have come out to look at it. They agreed to give new cores, but the technician said that this is "normal" and "couches arent made that great anymore". Anyway, we realuze this isn't a $4000 couch but for $1600 we still feel that Steinhafels hasn't stood by the product they sell.

Great selection of furniture. You may have to find it all by yourself. Sales team, I  assume doesn't work on commission. As they didn't seem to want to sell us anything at least...

We bought a kitchen table and chair set and we had a issue with one of the chairs and they had someone come out to look at it and take pictures and they came back and said that it was fine and wouldn’t replace it so the customer doesn’t come first at this location

I found some very interesting and nice furniture here. I'm not used to buying a lot of furniture so it may just be me but I thought the prices were rather high and I would need to shop during sales or get something from their clearance section. They were very helpful answering my questions and loading a purchase I made into my car.

Salespeople are like a buzzed on a dead body they have nice furniture but really should let you look first.
