If you're looking for a place to rest for the night, it doesn't get much better than this.  What it might lack in "pretty", is more than made up for by the friendliness and cleanliness of their staff and facility.  Oh, and it's probably one of the most affordable places you'll find, even with full hook-ups.  Did I mention there's a grocery store right across the creek?  Thumbs up!

The gentleman who was in the office was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The guy who tyres to tell us where and how to pull in and park our coach and pick up was a rude jerk. We've been doing this RV traveling for over 5 years. I think we know more about our rig and how to park and set up than a man who lives in a tow behind. Sites are very unlevel as well

Great little RV park just off highway in Alamo. Not beautiful but staff is the friendliest we have met. Pull through and back in stalls. Everything works and park is clean, including laundry and pet friendly. Sinclair station on the back side has mini mart and Chester Fried Chicken.. yumo.  We would stay againm

Owners were very accommodating considering our late arrival. Park was clean, quiet and it was nice to step out on dirt instead of snow.

For the price...I give them 5 stars. Bathrooms were so clean it was like visiting a friend's house. There was a little creek, grassy area, and plenty of shade trees right behind our space. All the whistles and bells: water, power, sewer, wifi and cable. Our cable wasn't working right and Dean came down and determined it was our coax wire. He loaned us one to use overnight! Great restaurant within walking distance and a bridge across the creek leading to a full service grocery store.  Nice little spot of green in the desert to stop and take a break on the way south. Couldn't find a friendlier place!
