Delicious sandwiches, clean restaurant, and fantastic service. I ordered online to pick up as I traveled through Columbia and my food was hot and ready as soon as I arrived. Keep it up!! 😃

I got Pick 2 with brocolli cheddar and a sandwich.

Price: 4 stars
Portion size: 3 stars.  The soup was really small.  The sandwich was also small.
Flavor: 
soup 3 stars - a little salty.  It also tasted like the plastic it was served in.  Hot food and plastic may not be the best option.
Sandwich: 5 stars really good.
Roll: 4 stars
Online ordering: 4 stars.  Im used to seeing my order one last time b4 paying.
Accuracy of order: 5 stars
Speed of order: 5 stars
Friendliness of staff: 5 stars

I would go back.  However, i do think the hot soup in plastic has to be thought about.

This was my 1st time at The Pasta Factory. The pricing is moderately expensive. There were 3 adults and 1 child with 3 drinks and entres for $57. That is no salads, appetizers or desserts just the pasta dishes.

I had the stuffed cannelloni. It tasted great. The other adults had spaghetti and cannelloni and the kid beef ravioli from the kids menu. Everyone enjoyed their meal. 

The atmosphere was not at all what I would have expected with AC-DC, Rod Stewart and others playing as background music. Overall it was a good experience.

This store seems to change management weekly. It was better for a while and now it's downhill again. Just paid $9 for a pick 2 and got a HALF of a sandwich after telling the employee it always come with a whole- "no it doesn't". Oy vey, should have gone to Jimmy Johns- they're fast and consistent unlike this store.
