This place was awful! We ordered a pizza to be delivered, asked them to call beforehand, they didn't and showed up BANGING on our door, repeatedly, and waking the neighbors. It was rude and disrecptful. They also forgot the 4 ranch we paid and asked for. I then called nicely to explain the process, and the woman manager was BEYOND rude and unapologetic. Then they gave me to someone even higher, and finally I was pleased with her understanding. I'd never recommend dealing with this place.

Place is a deal. 2 for $8 total for a lunch buffet is a plus especially when on a budget. The buffet was a little empty when we arrived but soon filled to capacity and it was great. We ate so much and it was a good overall experience.

I  will never order pizza from this location again, they have charged my order to my card twice,  now I have to wait to talk to a manager to get my money back this is all after  waiting on my order for an hour and a half getting cold pizza, this is bs...I suggest everyone take your business elsewhere.   They deserve no stars at all.

I just now order the pizza. Apartment 529 I've yet to have a problem as a matter of fact they didn't have any chips or something with my sandwich and I was made  whole thing of breadsticks last time. I didn't know there was even an issue. And they delivered before they were fine I just got off the phone with the delivery driver he was polite as, 
can be, he found out what the specials were, I ordered two pizzas. Sometimes people could come ogf snippy sometimes people need to really check them self to see, how they talk to other people.its how the other party precieved you because , I've yet to have an issue in Columbia Missouri...I'm not even from here.

S.O. and I went here tonight.  The service, very lacking.  The staff, even more lacking.   We placed our order after having to seat ourselves and after having to ask for menus.  We then proceeded to the very small salad bar while waiting for our order.
 
When the manager (who was from a different store) realized the cooking staff was M.I.A., the front counter clerk was asked to get started on the dine in order (our order from about 20 mins before hand). Another 10 minutes later, my S.O. got her food.  5 minutes later I received mine.  

In that 5 minute time span the manager who was working the store, got into an argument with the cooking staff about the basic cleanliness of the back area. We were both shocked and very turned off about it. We spoke to the front counter girl (the one who  was asked to start our dine in order) about it,  voicing our concerns of the cleanliness in the back area.  Her response was, it isn't the prep area they area talking about, but it (our food) goes through the oven and isn't touched by the cook staff after that. 

Some conversations you don't have in front of customers, let alone argue about which shift should do the cleaning in front of customers. On top of that,  you DON'T ignore a complaint by blowing off the customer and telling them that the heat front the oven kills what ever may be in their food due the lack of cleanliness

 We paid and left. 

Lesson learned to never go here again.
