came out with reasonable pricing and scheduling.  the person was nice enough to tell me how much i was saving with each plan. They respected my request to not explain why I needed them (other companies went in great detail about bugs and I don't like it)

Spoke with Brook at the Scott Valley headquarters about one of the employees caught stealing, on video. I wanted to talk to the owner of the company. She refused. Over and over. 
Sounds like shady dealings to me.

Poor organization and management.

They didn't do my requested service, due to a "note" that went "missing".  When instructions were explicitly explained and repeated. 

Will not be using them again

Very poor service and customer service.
Problems:
technician did not visit regularly according to contract terms
always someone different showing up- so they did not know where the traps were. Also, one person came here ready to spray pesticide!?
They complained to us about being short-staffed
Office staff was no help in rectifying our situation
They were more than happy to break the contract vs. continue with service.
Had to ask 3 times to get them to close holes with foam (which they promised on initial visit.) When this was done it was a BIG mess. Foam everywhere even sprayed around area where technician walked!
Very unprofessional- whomever is in charge should be embarrased. They do good marketing- thats it.
