If you're seriously sick or injured, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL. I took my mom into the emergency room with a severe migraine and constant vomiting. When I dropped her off she was actively getting sick and a rude security guard standing outside said unless this visit was an absolute emergency that "we should not go in because we're gonna wait forever". We checked in around 9:45pm and she did not leave the waiting room until 6am to get seen.There were at least 50 other people in the waiting room with other serious ailments waiting as well and hardly anyone was getting called back. I don't know what type of emergency care allows their patients to sit in a waiting room for over 8 hours, but I am truly disgusted by the lack of care or concern that this hospital has, and I would highly recommend you find a different place to go.
My mother has been waiting in your emergency room to see a doctor since 3:30. It is currently 8:53 pm and she has still yet to be taken back or seen. She’s literally vomiting in the lobby and there has been zero help from any nurses/personnel, aside from giving her a bag. Any time we’ve asked for an update they simply say “she’s waiting for the doctor” and nothing more. This is a sad and sorry excuse for a hospital and if it were an option I’d have given it a zero. The staff here is absolutely abysmal and have zero sense of urgency or hospitality when it comes to their patients. Please do not waste your time and come to this hospital.
ER physician Mathew Raul is a very unprofessional Dr with better skills as a used car salesman. Fayette should fire him in my opinion. He sent my septic pt HOME instead of admit. She was moved and admitted to Piedmont Newnan 7 days after my initial 911 call. Mine and the families questions and concerns were completely disregarded. If you want to continue breathing I would suggest going to another hospital.
PACK YOUR PATIENCE; SAT FOR 5HRS We walked in around 11:00pm and didn't leave this place til 4:50am. And not because we were called up but because we decided to leave because we sat the entire night!! Me and my family came here because my sister was having an anxiety attack and let me tell you everything was running smoothly when as soon as we walked in, they checked her heart rate, and did some blood test but after that that's when when it went down hill. I don't know if they are short staffed or what's going on because something needs to get fixed, worst server I EVER been to.
On last Thursday night / Friday morning I went to the ER WITH SEVERE ABDOMINAL PAINS. I checked in at 2:05 am & wasn’t called to the back till after 8:00 am . I asked the register person with tears in my eyes how long it would be till I’m seen she told me there is no way she can tell . Continued laughing with coworkers & went to get breakfast . It very unreal, & disturbing. A couple came in right after me & ended up leaving out maybe after 5 hours because of the wait . I was in so much pain that , I had no choice but to stay. The nurse called for vitals recheck every 2 hours yu thinking that they calling yu to the back . It was honestly the worse . Who wants to continue getting up & is already in pain but not being seen . My blood pressure was sky high everytime they checked it . That did not make them get me to the back any sooner . Please just take the drive to Emory, Fayette piedmont is not what it use to be . No stars are deserved ! I was very disappointed
Came in with severe abdominal pain got miss diagnosed not to mention stay in the hallway an hour waiting next to the ultrasound room then an hour later to be pushed back to my room nurses couldn’t get the needle in my veins properly One needle, blew and all the bag fluids went in my arm besides my vain I kept complaining it was hurting but they came up with different excuses then boom my are Swelled up three times size and they act like it wasn’t a big deal they need to train these nurses and doctors better or shut this damn facility down I’m still in pain and nothing has help me even with perception what I was diagnosed with Doesn’t make sense. I’m in excruciating pain compared to the That they gave me I will be going to another doctor in a few days Shut this place down
Sad part this lady left me waiting and ignored me pressing the emergency button my legs and feet were locking up in cramps and this woman told me I had to wait instead of getting me help not one but two nurses ignored my request for her name she needs to be fired she purposely ignored my emergency call as seen I had to open the door and yell to get help between 2:10 and 2:44 left me in pain
Brought my son in with difficulty breathing. They pulled us back ASAP and in the few min we were waiting, our Dr came ahead and started figuring things out with us. Both he and our nurse were very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time with us we needed. We had Dr. Matthew Rudy. Would recommend him to anyone.
Very good and very clean hospital the entire staff are very nice and very professional. Always parking at the parking lot. Security is always on point and very alert i thought they were police at first cause the security team look very professional. The doctors are very nice and explain everything in detail about anything you may ask of them about whats wrong with the patient. Its a excellent hospital no complaints on my end at this moment. Happy holidays everyone and stay safe and get well fast everyone. Everything will be just fine just have a lil faith god bless.
Your wait time is impeccable. Seeing many people come in for help . Staff works together to get you seen . And sent back home. Awesome staff! Keep up the great work. I appreciate you all
