Great experience. I went into the store to look at dining room tables, and ended up getting a dining room set and bedroom set. Such a great deal that day, I couldn't pass it up. My sales person was super sweet and not pushy at all. Ashley is my new furniture store.

We came up to check out the sale that was going on, buy one get one half off. We were able to find beds for our children at a great price. The only problem we had was we had to track someone down to help us. Not one person had spoke to us when we walked n the door. Not even a hello or welcome. Nobody acknowledged us. Once we finally got someone sent to us I was ready to hurry up and get out of there. The computer kept freezing up and we had to give our info several times. Just wasn't as fast and easy as we thought it would be. Then found out we would have to wait atleast a month before we could get our items. We figured we would get some kind of discount for having to wait so long plus fact we didn't get any help forever but no. They have great merchandise at Ashley but could use a little help in the customer service area.

We stopped by the Lexington location to look at sectionals but fell in love with a sofa, love seat and recliner combination slightly out of our budget. Pam worked her magic and got us a deal we could all be happy with! It helps that they were having a great veterinary day sale! Pam was not pushy at all and we really enjoyed working with her. We will definitely come back here when we are furnishing our forever home!!

I have shopped at this Ashley location previously so I felt I would go back to see what type of furniture they had. I just bought my first home so I wanted to purchase some quality pieces for my home. My mother and I went on a Friday just to get ideas of the furniture that I may need for both the living room and bedroom. During this visit, the staff were very courteous and professional. They made us aware of the specials that Ashley had going on and would assist us if we needed to purchase furniture. On Saturday, which was Veteran's Day, I took both my mother and father to purchase any furniture in the house. As a gracious gift, my dad (who is a Navy Veteran) decided to assist me with purchasing my home furniture. At first, I was very overwhelmed but, with the assistant of my mother and Aaron Rosen (furniture expert), I was able to purchase all the furniture and additional items for my living room and bedroom. I can not say enough wonderful words I have about and for Aaron. He was very professional, attentive, detail oriented, and spot on to what I wanted. In addition to Aaron doing an excellent job, he went above and beyond when he called my cellular phone to tell me some additional information about the furniture I purchased. This was very kind of him to let me know the additional information. I must say, I will go back to this Ashley location and I hope Aaron is working,
