Really not impressed with my recent experience here. Any time I have come here whether alone or with someone else I don't want to get anything because of the awful service. I visited on Saturday April 22nd between 730 and 8. From the very start the lady was nasty. She looked at us with a "what do you need" expression without opening her mouth to say hello or even crack a smile. I asked her about a piercing and she was nasty in her response. I walked away for a few moments and went into the Pink store and came back hoping someone else would be there that could better help. When I walked back over there was someone else there but she didn't say anything.. once again it was the same nasty lady. She told me in a very dry way that there was buy one get one half off and I made a noise, kind of a squeal that showed my excitement and she mocked me. It wasn't playful at all it was rude. I looked at her and said why are you mocking me that was rude? And she said "I'm not rude I'm cute, that's what I get told a lot."At this point I was embarrassed and upset but I moved forward with making a purchase anyways against my better judgement because my ear was getting ready to close and I was desperate as many stores were going to be closing soon. She kept directing me to the plastic like jewelery and when I asked if there was any real gold she said "Oh I wouldn't have thought you wanted to see it, besides its new so I forgot about it". I just can't even explain how awful I felt after leaving here. Once I got home and really mulled things over I still felt embarrassed and insulted and went ahead and let my piercing close anyways. I  will be taking back my purchase because a place with employees like that doesn't deserve service from me or anyone else who gets treated that way!

Worst experience ever. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Their customer service is horrible. The girl working there at the time was very rude and nasty. ***SCAM ALERT*** CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! She mentioned something about an extended service but did not ask if I wanted to purchase it. She just rang it through and charged me for it without my approval. As I checked my receipt, I noticed the extra charge was on it. I asked her to remove the charge and she quickly snatched my receipt with attitude. I had my hand out to receive my refund and she slammed it down onto to counter. The situation could have been handled very differently. They are very unprofessional and their corporate services just sent me a "letter of apology" via e-mail which they must provide to any complaint that gets sent in.
