Customer service is not the best. I ordered shoes online and stood at the shoe counter for about 10 minutes till someone even said anything to me. Then I was pointed to the pick up counter and stood there for a good 5-10 minutes. So I walked around trying to find someone and finally got helped. Other than that, great selection!

I wouldn’t even give them one star.. it always takes 45 minutes to check out at this location for some reason, customer service is not the best either very rude cashiers. I will take my business else where

I stopped in this location because I needed to return something I purchased online. The staff directed me to the appropriate area and helped quickly, without complaining, and without trying to push me into another purchase. This was a very satisfactory visit.
