DO NOT BRING OR BUY JEWELRY HERE. They took both my wedding rings for re sizing and said it would take up to 4 to 8 weeks to come back. Its been almost 9 and no one knows where they are, and are failing to direct me to someone who can help me. Poor service, I don't recommend them at all.

Very disappointed in online purchase. Although the experience was easy the toolbox I bought was all bent and scratched and the paint is peeling right out of the box. #craftsman

You can get just about the same service and cheaper elsewhere. I just go here so I can browse in the mall. If you manage to get lucky Tina will be there to help you. If not, then it's grey haired guy whose name isn't worth remembering because he is a below average employee who always looks like he hates his job.

I've literally never seen anyone here. The store is pretty disorganized, and the shelves seem pretty bare. We normally park at Sears since there is never anyone there, so it's the closest spot to the mall you can get.
