Ordered my order to be delivered as usual. The man on the phone gave me the price and said it would be here in 25 minutes. One hour later I called to see if it was on the way, was told it was put in for pickup.....I ordered delivery, he said hold on. Came back and said a delivery man would be out shortly. He came and when I went to give him tip and food charge he said there is a $2.49 charge for delivery something I never paid before and no one on phone ever let me know. I ordered ultimate burger and fries. Sat down to eat them cold burger tiny bit of shriveled up fries greasy and cold. If you want bad food and charges added to order no one makes you aware of this is the place for you
 I wouldn't doubt the deshiveled delivery man ate some fries. I am disgusted with this restaurant and would never recommend this place to anyone......the order was disgusting, really, really disgusting.This is the East PROVIDENCE restaurant on Broadway. Woman who says she's  manager doesn't  give her name.

Usually no issues but:
I ordered a chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza. I received a chicken broccoli pizza with tomatoes sauce.  I'm allergic to tomatoes. I called and spoke to the manager and she made it seem like it was my fault her clerk put the order in wrong. Then I had to wait another hour for the correct pizza.  I was told "you can either come get it or wait an hour but that's it. Wow great customer service.  Now I get to wait 2 hours for a clerks "mistake".

Stopped in 3 day in a row for lunch. Can't say anything bad about them. Very clean, which is always a must for me! Tried pizza, steak sub, chicken tenders today. Safe to say next time I'm working in the area I'll stop in again.

Disgusting service!!!! These employees only care about talking about others and ignoring customers. Twice I have asked my daughter to pick up orders and twice I’ve had to call and complain. Charging me for my complete order and not giving the order. Trash!!!! I’m disgusted and will call the Better business Bureau. One of the employees Callie only know her name because I heard it’s actually will ignore you and purposely ruin your order. I am disgusted with this Location.

Last time I ordered chicken tenders from appetizers, they were just that. This time they are like chicken jerky, not satisfied at all as they made me sick and I only ate two small pieces. With delivery charge, and the price, definitely not worth it for a 50/50 chance of getting dry, jerky type chicken.
