My previous review stand. If you are reading this, and you are a soul from Pilot/Flying J Corporate, you have your job cut out for you. Smash this dump down, and please build a 1000 parking space, 45 fuel island, 30 shower, 2 gal/minute coffee dispensing monster OUTSIDE city limits. If you build it, they will come.

The dirtiest store. OMG. White girl with dreads calls everybody baby honey and sweety over and over again. The bathroom was discusting. The coffee station was out of french vanilla except in the little individual containers which were as dirty as everything else. The rest of the staff are loud and jumping around like they're at a party instead of cleaning up the filth or helping customers. Will never go back.

A great experience in this place, friendly people, just the night before i had a bad one at one of the Love's in Texas,  but is refreshing to count on Pilot/Flying J. Special thanks to one of the managers (Deandre), you really know what customer service is

Prepare to wait atleast 30-45 mins every time for a shower....everytime never fails always 6 people waiting for shower, while 3 colored boys outside smoking cigs...ridiculous they move slow an pants to their ankles. Only pilot I have issues with showers...they always outside smoking. Very poor Pilot, majority black area and disgusting truckstop with slow racist workers if your white.  He seen me waiting....and joked to other...." he's gonn be waiting 30 mins" an laughed prob cuz I'm white. I got pissed off an left....I just spend $500 on fuel too. IL spend my $1500 wk in fuel to diff truckstop....horrible dump .never again coming here!
