Very negligent staff...since I see the same bad reviews from others for the past year over and over, the blame sits squarely with whoever owns and "operates" this place. The guy that made my sandwich was way more interested in conversation with a friend than listening to my order...took about 3 times longer as he paused between each topping to continue conversation with his friend. I had to literally wave my hand to get his attention for the next desired topping!

this was pretty bad. best explanation to what we witnessed, in line, and eating in for 20 minutes.. customers are an inconvenience. many of the employees here would be kicking rocks if i was there boss. except one nice young lady with dyed dreds. she even liked annoyed by everyone elses incompetence.
