Super friendly, nicely remodeled, bathroom was CLEAN - what?! Yes and it’s a pilot! No more subway, but some decent hot food and Wendy’s for those who want heart disease. FYI the meatloaf should have a glaze on it and the beans are way too spicy. Other than that? 5 stars!

Best Pilot on earth, and I've been to hundreds! The new coffee grinders blew me away. Lots of different beans, you select which one you want, and it grinds it right there into your cup. To top it off there's a good sitting area with outlets and wifi. I hope every truck stop follows suit, I don't like having to hunt down a Starbucks every time I need to work on my laptop for a bit, and this place solved that.

Just got finished be remodeled and it's so much better. Been on the road for years and this pj fresh is by far better than the rest. Fresh food and good prices. Lots of parking fir trucks and well lit. Will definetly be back!

The only reason they even get one star is the showers were clean. My husband and I were hungry and got some PJ Fresh pizza went back to the truck got halfway through it found a hair, I lost my pizza. So my husband went back Inside with the hair and pizza. They did nothing but say they were sorry. Just go to loves across the street. At least they would do something to fix this.

Construction nightmare. Currently under construction/renovation. Parking lot is down about a dozen spaces, or more, for all the containers and equipment. No soda fountain. Store looked like it was going out of business since most of the shelves were empty. Bathroom was dirty and had a broken towel dispenser and an overflowing toilet. The parking lot is filthy and smells like a sewer. I absolutely hate the truck stops in West Memphis. All of them are dirty and nasty.
