I have been coming to Pine Animal Hospital for several years now and I am so happy to be able to have Dr. Steve as my vet. He listens and is very patient. He lays out potential treatment plans and let's you decide what is best for your pet (with guidance). He is always quick to respond to emails. His front desk staff are thorough and welcoming. The most important think is trust. I trust Dr. Steve and his staff to give my pets the best care possible.

Everyone here is so helpful, kind and caring. When it comes to caring for your pet these are the attributes you would hope to find in a vet.  Dr. Steve is very knowledgeable.  He and the office have helped me time and time again with my cat who has a weak immune system and I am very grateful. The price are great and the visits are very quick.

Pine Animal Hospital is the best!  I’ve been taking my fur kids there for several years.  Dr. Steve is welcoming, helpful, patient and an excellent listener.  He’s a veterinarian who truly cares for your “baby’s” well-being and gives several options for treatment, even holistic if you so choose.  The staff are amazing as well, always kind, helpful and considerate.  The communication between Dr. and staff is top notch.  If I say something about my pet to reception or a tech, the information will have been relayed to the Dr. before he comes to the exam room - no need to repeat myself several times!  Our experience at Pine Animal Hospital has only been positive.

I took my cat here for the first time recently. It was the best experience I've ever had at a vet office. The staff were all friendly and made me feel at ease. The doctor was down-to-earth and did not make me feel pressured to pay for any services I didn't want. He even gave me the total cost of everything he recommended right there in the room, and let me decide. Later I took her back to get dewormed and they didn't charge me for an office visit or any other fees. I feel like my cat is in great hands there. I'm so glad I found this place!

Dr Steve is very helpful, he explains everything in detail, and in my experience the actual bill came out considerably less than the quote. After my dogs procedure the sutures got torn open (long story) I called him, but I knew I would get to the office right when they would be closing. He totally understood and told me to come down and he took care of my dog. And he really seems to remember her from one visit to the next, not just looking at the file to remind himself. Its a small thing but it means a lot to me.
