I always have my truck serviced at Pinegar of Branson because no one else compares to their costumer service. It is easy to schedule an appointment, they get you  in and out as quickly as possible, and they always do a detailed report on my vehicle. Friendly service and sales people. I have bought all my trucks from Pinegar and not one time have I been disappointed.  I highly recommend buying and getting your vehicle serviced at Pinegar!!

My wife and I were on a 5000 mile road trip that included Canada, Wisconsin Dells, several other places, and Branson.  It was time for regular service of our Cadillac SRX.  I scheduled the service on line and received a quick reply and was told that even though I am from out-of-state, they would be happy to honor my Cadillac courtesy service.  The service manager was friendly and promptly started the process even though I had arrived early.  The car was serviced and I was given a written and verbal evaluation of the car's condition and told what service was performed.  I felt comfortable, welcomed, and I appreciated that they gave us such good attention.  If I am every back in Branson, I'll be sure to stop by even if I don't need any service for my car.

Doug Fischer made our experience actually enjoyable. He knows his product and he was very informative and personable. He did NOT pressure us which we really appeciated. We know that we can call him or stop in any time if we have any questions or concerns. We have always dreaded shopping for a car but Doug is by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. We will definitely recommend him and Pinegar Chevrolet to all our friends and family. Thank you Doug for making our experience a good one! By the way we love our 2018 Chevrolet Equinox!

I called Pinegar on Thursday to see about new trucks they had on their lot and talked to Kevin.  I had never been to Pinegar before and did not know Kevin but he was friendly and helpful and I decided to drive up and see him the next day.  On Friday he showed me a truck I liked and before long we agreed on a price.  Kevin took some info from me and then took me to meet Jeremy in their finance department.  It did not take Jeremy long to get my information and he arranged financing for my truck.  In a few minutes I was with Kevin again and he sat in my new truck with me and showed me how everything worked and when I told him that I was ready to go he made sure I had his name and phone number so I could call him when I had more questions.  I am glad I went to Pinegar for my new truck and would highly recommend them.

The Chevrolet Dealership In Branson was an amazing experience.
While on vacation my vehicle would not shift in the middle of a shopping plaza.  I started calling tow trucks which was going to be a extremely lengthy process.  They were all busy and finally got one that could get to my vehicle within about a hour.
I had already contacted the Chevrolet dealer and the receptionist told me that she would arrange a shuttle for us if we did not want to wait and ride with the towing truck.  I explained to her my mom was with me who was 90 and sitting in hot sun.  Within the hour a nice man from parts came and picked us up.  He was very kind  and we found out he left his dept. to come and pick us up since the shuttle person got off work.  Extremely accommodating.  After talking to the dealership back home they suggested it was probably the clip that had broke preventing the shift from working. When we got to the dealership the man that met us said as soon as the car gets there if it is the clip he can have it fixed in 15-20 min.  I would have rented a car if necessary since the time was ticking by and it was then 4:30.  The car got there and at 4:45 he assured me that was the problem and he did not want us to spend money on a rental but would have it fixed shortly.  By 5:15 we were back on the road and amazed that a business was so caring, honest & concerned.  You don't find that in most business today!  I did not know if that was just that BRANSON hospitality or these people were raised right and truly gave over the top customer service.  I can't say enough about the whole staff!    Thanks again for a job well done!!!!!
