The fast and friendly service from Bill Morgan was great. I will be upgrading my truck in the next year or so. I will be going to Tri Lakes Ford to buy it. Thanks for everything and keep up the great customer service.  Thanks,

Nice selection of autos and trucks both. new and used and at competitive prices.
However, when Ms. Jodie came for her free oil change that the Ford dealership  had always honored from the previous dealership...they sprung upon a story that they would no longer do so and there would be a fifty dollar charge. They knew when she scheduled the appointment this was the case and this was both unkind and an unwelcomed experience.
The Ford folks should have informed her when the appointment was made. 
Due to this experience I could not recommend them further.

They have been so awesome. I had a fender bender and they have laoned me a vehicle while mine is being fixed for free. I highly reccomend them.

I bought a used Ford Lariat - nice truck.  Got it home and about 3 days later (after sitting in my driveway only)  I backed the truck out and heard an EXTREMELY LOUD SQUEAK.  Not only have I heard it, everyone in my neighborhood outside heard it.  I drove it around a while and the squeak slowed a while on that first drive.  Every time I got into the truck to drive it - there was again a shocking loud squeak.  It was very clear that with every rotation of the front tire, you could hear the squeak.  I have owned trucks and numerous cars and I know that is not normal - and no -it was not surface rust.  After driving the truck for 30 - 40 miles the squeak was still there.  I park it - get back in minutes later - there is the squeak again.  THIS IS NOT A LITTLE SQUEAK - IT IS VERY LOUD WHEN YOU FIRST MOVE THE TRUCK, BOTH IN FORWARD AND REVERSE.  

I took it out to Trilakes Ford and told them the noise was coming from the left front drivers side wheel - and I hoped they could fix it.   DRIVING THIS THING IS EMBARRASING WITH EVERYONE LOOKING AT THE TRUCK WHEN IT IS MAKING THIS NOISE.  Well needless to say, they had the truck for 2 days, and no fix.  They said they drove the truck only hearing it one time (someone needs a hearing device!!!!!) - put it on the rack and took off the left back wheel, found nothing wrong and sent it back home with me.  After I paid them,  I drove out of TriLakes ford parking lot, as truck was squeaking.

I got home and my neighbors were shocked to hear this loud squeaking again as I moved the truck hours later.  I did some research online only to find that this noise seems to be pretty common with other F150 owners and they gave ideas as to what to look for.  Well we found the problem and we stopped the squeak temporarily.  Now that the problems has been located, I will be taking the truck to a service shop on Bee Creek road that had for a number of years kept my previous trucks and cars in good working order and stood behind their work and always located any issues, and corrected them.  I sure don't mind paying for service when my vehicles are fixed.
