Tried to give this place many chances. When it comes to mental health you should feel comfortable and safe at a professionals office. I felt disregarded and unimportant at every visit. I had trouble connecting with a therapist there and there was a lot of miscommunication trying to get a new one. I also had to see 2 different psychiatrists because the first one seemed so exhausted and overworked she couldn't even look up at me at appts. The office staff was rude and unprofessional except for one young lady I wish I knew her name. My psychiatrist switched me to his wife nurse practitioner without warning. I found that unacceptable. When I wrote a negative review on their Facebook page they promptly deleted it and the doctor called me himself and made me feel completely uncomfortable for leaving my honest opinion. I would not recommend if you take your mental health seriously and are trying to get better.

scary place this place is a pill mill they care about money only, i was sitting in the waiting room and listened to the repationist on the phone with someone she was rude and mean, this is an office for mental health right? Then a man came over and the girl put the patient on hold and he said "I don't care if they are not happy tell them to go somewhere else" This was my third visit the second visit I had a doctor that I didn't even know and wasn't schedule with. and my second appointment the doctor didn't even remember the meds he put me on-stay away

I have been seeing dr Mathews for 6 years now and Tina. Super great practice. The office staff is amazing. I don't understand why I see so many bad reviews. Good job pinnacle

Stay away from this place!!! Listen to the negative reviews. Their receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. She was chewing gum and had a very bad attitude. She was very disinterested in my concerns, which is not what you want when you are trying to seek services for mental health. I was not told about policies or procedures about being charged a fee for a no show over the phone nor did I sign any papers at all. Being billed a fee for a no show is ridiculous especially without even a confirmation call about my appointment. This place should not be in business!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE!

The well being and comfort of their patients is not their priorities. After seeing a therapist that was selected at random, I notified the receptionist that I didn't have a connection with or feel comfortable with the person I met with. The process is to put in a request for a new therapist. The answer was, as relayed to me,if she doesn't like who she saw, then she should go elsewhere. When I questioned that response I was told, "Well, that is the answer, I am not going to argue with the owner." Additionally, I was not notified personally. After waiting more than 2 weeks, I inquired about the status and was given the above response. Shameful behavior and shocking.
