I was very disappointed with this facility. While the staff were pleasant I didn't feel they provided the best service. My husband needed rehab for his back and their sessions were very generic. By the third session they were only spending 20 minutes with him. They didn't explore his issues very thoroughly which meant the treatment he was receiving was not optimal. They did not instill a sense of hope for either of us that my husband would get better which ultimately made his mindset worse than when he started. In comparison to the new facility where they spend over an hour with him during each session, thoroughly examine his test results, and suggest new ways to make progress, Virtua's physical therapy is certainly lacking. It may be suitable for some, but younger individuals hoping to fully recover and return to a life of fitness and physical activity should probably look elsewhere.
