Walking inside, I didn't realize how filthy the floors and table, and bathroom were until we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Does Pita Pit have one person working on Sunday? Which had me concerned for the person's well-being. The person working alone was super friendly and accommodating. Customer service was not an issue. My issue is the visible dirt & food scattered across the floor and tables. I am not sure after 20 minutes why I didn't ask for a refund. The food was mediocre—$ 30 for a pita and bowl. People may think the food tastes good out of hunger or those trying to sober up from drinking. I am surprised the Health Department hasn't shut this establishment down with an F+. The bathroom was so dirty & disgusting with grime & hair all over the floors and sink & toilet. I had to walk out of the bathroom. Please clean your restaurant. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Perfectly fine place for falafel. Don't be fooled by the "curbside pickup" marketing. It pretends to be curbside, but for me, it was effectively takeout. There is no dedicated parking spots, no easy way to park near the establishment - I circled many many times. And it appears as though management let's only a single employee work the whole store, which prevented the poor overworked employee from being able to answer the store line that the email tells us to call. I wouldn't have visited had I known it wasn't truly curbside. But the meal was decent, and I'll be back after the pandemic ends.
Food here is always delicious, I've never been disappointed by going out here. Janki is very polite, thoughtful, and helpful, and gave me solid recommendations as well as helping me figure out what I can and can't eat with certain dietary restrictions. Love this place, can't wait to eat here again!
Lady that worked here was rude and gave horrible service, the place was disgustingly filthy and had no cutlery and got our order wrong. There was only one person working there and had no clue how to run the place and was just standing there doing nothing
Easily one of the best food joints in the area. This location specifically, the food and service is always top notch. Staff is pleasant and even went above and beyond to recommend enhancements to my order, such as cooking meat in sauce, and good ingredient combinations. Delicious and locally operated! No complaints!
It is a place of total chaos at night but they still put out great food consistently. Definitely a local favorite late at night.
Just had an amazing sandwich! Super kind people helping me decide what I wanted due to it being my first time here. Had a really good experience! I recommend this location to all of my friends and family! Definitely coming back next time!
Hands down one of my favorite spots to munch on a delicious pita before hitting the town. The friendly staff makes the best pitas in the pita pit chain, and trust me I've visited a lot of them. But they are also willing to chat you up and share some awesome conversations while you wait or eat. If your in need of a quick bite in a good atmosphere. Check this place out.
My daughter and I love eating at Pita Pit for lunch. The service at the Holly Street location has been excellent - always greeted as if we are special. It is great to easily see the nutritional information on my phone on their web page - since I'm on a diet. Great value and quick lunch. I highly recommend trying Pita Pit.
Well.. the lady that I encountered was very fast, and didn't seem to be very invested in the job.. she rushed things and was very sloppy... Other times I've gone it's been great.. they actually cook the meat longer than 2 minutes lol. After we were done and sat in the counter where they prepare food and went on her phone. It was kinda gross
